Transparency and Expedited Procedure for Access to Public Information Act

In compliance with Act No. 141-2019 “Transparency and Expedited Procedure for Access to Public Information Act”, the State Insurance Fund Corporation facilitates access and disclosure of public information.

In accordance with the above-mentioned law, the SIFC has established a uniform procedure for obtaining public information, while three officials have been appointed to serve as Information Officers. These colleagues will be responsible for receiving requests for information, processing them and facilitating access to documents, within the established deadline. In turn, they will provide monthly reports detailing the number of requests received, type of information requested and status of the request.
