  • This regulation provides the benefits contemplated in the Worker's Compensation System Law to the owner of every business, industry or individual employer who works full time in said business or industry and whose gross income does not exceed one million ($1,000,000.00) dollars. In addition, it provides the medical and hospital benefits provided by this Law to any natural person who appears as a trucker transporting or loading aggregates covered under the provisions of the Law, who is dedicated to providing or rendering services in the transportation of cargo for payment on the public roads of Puerto Rico, with the authorization of the Public Service Commission.
