Suppliers, Purchasing and Auctions

In this section you will find all the information related to medical service providers and suppliers of goods and services of the State Insurance Fund Corporation (CFSE). If you want to verify or submit invoices, submit proposals, participate in auction processes or learn about applicable regulations, this space will provide you with access to the resources and guidance needed for each process.

Purchasing Office

The CFSE has a Purchasing Office, responsible for managing the acquisition or leasing of non-professional goods and services for the Corporation. This office also manages the auction and evaluation processes of proposals submitted by external suppliers.

Purchasing Regulations

  • It establishes the policy for acquiring non-professional goods, works and services in the CFSE.
  • It defines the planning, invitation, evaluation and award processes.
  • It includes mechanisms for judicial review and review in accordance with applicable law and case law.

Auction Board

The Auction Board is the body responsible for ensuring transparency and legality in CFSE institutional acquisitions.

Participation and Requirements

Providers who comply with:

Current CFSE registration

Evidence of technical expertise and financial capacity

Up to date certifications with the Treasury, CRIM, ASG

Specific requirements of the call

All details are published in the corresponding call. It is the bidder's responsibility to comply with the stipulations.

Auction Regulations

All auctions are governed by Regulation No. 9435. This regulation establishes:
  • Types and classifications of purchases
  • Stages of the auction process
  • Evaluation and award criteria
  • Notification and Reconsideration Procedures
  • Institutional and proposer responsibilities

Auction Board

  • Collegiate body with 5 members in ownership and 2 alternate members, appointed by the Administrator.
  • Evaluate proposals for the purchase or lease of non-professional goods, works and services.
  • It recommends awards in processes with estimated costs equal to or greater than $50,000.00.

Auction Board Regulations

  • Defines the jurisdiction and functions of the CFSE Auction Board.

Auction Notices or Request for Proposals

  • Published in the Single Auction Registry (RUS) or other authorized media.
  • They announce the request for offers to purchase non-professional goods, works or services.
  • The RUS is the official portal for registering and consulting notices in accordance with Act No. 205-2012.
